Cancellation Policy

BlueBeaver RV Service – Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Confirmation All appointments must be booked online or confirmed in writing. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment of the required deposit (if applicable). Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. • Deposits are applied toward your final invoice. • Full payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Parts orders may require full prepayment. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged a minimum service call fee. Mobile Service Access Requirements • The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the RV. • If technicians arrive and cannot perform service due to access, weather, unsafe conditions, pets, locked units, or unavailable power/propane, a service call fee may apply. Diagnostic & Inspection Services • Diagnostic fees cover time and professional assessment only. • Repair estimates are based on visible inspection; additional issues discovered during service may result in additional charges. Parts & Special Orders • Special-order parts are final sale and non-refundable. • Installation dates may vary depending on parts availability. Weather Policy (Mobile Services) • Severe weather conditions (snowstorms, extreme cold, heavy rain, unsafe road conditions) may require rescheduling for safety. Liability Disclaimer • BlueBeaver RV Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, hidden structural issues, or failures unrelated to the service performed. • Customers are responsible for maintaining proper insurance coverage on their RV. Warranty on Workmanship • Workmanship is covered for 30 days unless otherwise specified. • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications. Right to Refuse Service BlueBeaver RV Service reserves the right to refuse service for safety concerns, abusive behavior, or unsafe working conditions.
