Designed to prepare your RV for safe, trouble-free travel at the start of the season. Pricing: $559 — 1 Axle $759 — 2 Axles $959 — 3 Axles Includes the following comprehensive checks and services: 💧 Water System De-winterize water system (if applicable) Pressurize system and inspect for leaks Inspect water pump operation and pressure Inspect visible water lines, fittings, faucets, toilet, and exterior hookups Inspect water heater connections and operation 🔥 Propane (LP) System Full propane system leak test Inspect regulator, hoses, and LP lines Verify proper system pressure Test propane appliance operation: Furnace Water heater (LP mode) Refrigerator (LP mode) Stove / cooktop ignition and flame 🛞 Bearing, Brake & Running Gear (Trailers) Remove hubs and inspect components Clean, inspect, and repack wheel bearings (new grease seals included) Inspect brake assemblies for wear or damage Test and adjust electric brakes Inspect brake-away switch and wiring Inspect suspension, springs, shackles, and axle components Inspect tire condition, age, and wear Set tire pressure (including spare) 🔋 Battery & Electrical Battery condition and load test Clean battery terminals and connections Inspect battery cables, wiring, and grounding Check converter / charger output Verify 12V system operation Basic shore power (120V) function check Inspect interior and exterior lighting 🏗️ Exterior & Roof Roof inspection for damage, cracks, or soft spots Inspect roof and body seals for signs of leaks Visual inspection of exterior walls, doors, and compartments Inspect awning condition and basic operation 🧯 Safety & Final Checks Visual inspection of safety equipment Verify general system operation before travel Identify visible safety concerns or maintenance items Optional Add-On Sanitizing flush: + $80 📝 Important Notes Pre-Season Service is a combination of inspection, testing, and maintenance Additional repairs, resealing, or part replacement are quoted separately Mobile service performed on-site where possible Private SE Calgary shop available by appointment for larger projects
Cancellation Policy
BlueBeaver RV Service – Booking & Cancellation Policy Booking Confirmation All appointments must be booked online or confirmed in writing. A booking is considered confirmed only after payment of the required deposit (if applicable). Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. • Deposits are applied toward your final invoice. • Full payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Parts orders may require full prepayment. Cancellation & Rescheduling • Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged a minimum service call fee. Mobile Service Access Requirements • The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the RV. • If technicians arrive and cannot perform service due to access, weather, unsafe conditions, pets, locked units, or unavailable power/propane, a service call fee may apply. Diagnostic & Inspection Services • Diagnostic fees cover time and professional assessment only. • Repair estimates are based on visible inspection; additional issues discovered during service may result in additional charges. Parts & Special Orders • Special-order parts are final sale and non-refundable. • Installation dates may vary depending on parts availability. Weather Policy (Mobile Services) • Severe weather conditions (snowstorms, extreme cold, heavy rain, unsafe road conditions) may require rescheduling for safety. Liability Disclaimer • BlueBeaver RV Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, hidden structural issues, or failures unrelated to the service performed. • Customers are responsible for maintaining proper insurance coverage on their RV. Warranty on Workmanship • Workmanship is covered for 30 days unless otherwise specified. • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, or third-party modifications. Right to Refuse Service BlueBeaver RV Service reserves the right to refuse service for safety concerns, abusive behavior, or unsafe working conditions.
