• Inspection coverage and scope depend on the service package selected.

• Inspections do not include destructive testing, disassembly, or removal of sealed components unless agreed in advance.

• Findings reflect the condition observed on the day of inspection and do not guarantee future performance.

🚐 Mobile & Shop Service Notes

• Most services are performed as mobile, on-site service at your home, storage yard, dealership, or campground.

• A private shop in SE Calgary is available by appointment only for larger projects or work requiring additional space or equipment.

• No walk-in service is available.

💰 Pricing & Payment Notes

• Prices listed are base prices and may vary depending on RV size, condition, accessibility, and location.

• GST and shop supplies are additional unless stated otherwise.

• Travel fees may apply outside Calgary.

• Estimates are provided whenever possible; some diagnostics may require an initial service call.

• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

🔧 Repairs & Parts

• Additional repairs, adjustments, resealing, or parts are quoted separately.

• Replacement parts such as bearings, seals, brake components, batteries, or appliances are not included unless specified.

• Customer approval is required before additional work is performed.

🛞 Bearing, Brake & Mechanical Notes

• Brake and bearing inspections are visual and functional checks unless a bearing service is booked.

• Bearing repack and brake service include standard labor only; worn or damaged components are extra.

• Axle pricing applies to trailers only unless otherwise stated.

💧 Water System Notes

• Customer is responsible for dumping holding tanks prior to service.

• Fresh water or holding tanks cannot be filled by the technician.

• RV antifreeze is charged separately if required.

• Sanitizing flush is an optional add-on unless included in a package.

🔥 Propane (LP) System Notes

• Propane system testing includes leak and pressure checks only.

• Appliance operation checks verify ignition and basic function at the time of service.

• Repairs, regulator replacement, or line replacement are quoted separately.

🔋 Battery & Electrical Notes

• Battery service includes testing and terminal cleaning only.

• Battery replacement, AGM or lithium upgrades, and system modifications are quoted separately.

• Electrical diagnostics are limited to accessible components.

❄️ Seasonal Service Notes

• Winterization and de-winterization services depend on RV condition and system accessibility.

• Complimentary roof inspections are weather permitting.

🚨 Emergency Service Notes

• Emergency field service availability varies by location, time, and technician availability.

• Emergency or after-hours service rates may apply.

📅 Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled in advance.

• A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
